On February 1, Listbook Inc. announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Yullaw Law Firm to provide legal advisory services supporting startup entrepreneurial activities.
The MOU aims to establish a collaborative framework for offering legal advisory services to promote research, development, and popularization of startup activities. Both parties agreed to work together toward the shared goal of expanding startup entrepreneurship. They will handle roles such as client consultations and legal and tax advisory services. The signing ceremony was attended by Seungyeul Choi, CEO of Listbook Inc., and Yullaw Law Firm’s Managing Partners, Joohyung Jung and Junhyuk Lee.

Seungyeul Choi, CEO of Listbook Inc., stated, “This agreement is intended to help prevent various legal issues associated with startup entrepreneurship. It will enable us to address legal matters such as investment agreements, intellectual property like patents and trademarks, and various disputes related to startup creation.”
